To help the children develop spiritually, mentally, emotionally and physically. To
foster a sense of enlightened citizenship, discipline, character and team spirit,
dedication to duty and a patriotic outlook. In short, to develop an all-round
personality. To provide the widest range of facilities for the discovery of
individual potential that will fructify into useful talents and abilities. Without
discarding the time-honored methods of education, to research methods suited to the
Indian way of life.
With this view in mind, the founder Chairman of Anuradha English Medium School,
Karmayogi Tatyasaheb Bondre, thought it was necessary to start a school with English
medium right from Nursery to grade X.
With this noble aim and objective ANURADHA ENGLISH MEDIUM SCHOOL was established in
the academic year 2001-02, taluka place Chikhli in the Buldana District of Vidarbha
region in Maharashtra State. it is undoubtedly a systematic and standard effort to
inculcate the most modern knowledge and education using English as its medium of
instruction. As it is, the campus already breathes in an educational environment,
the campus houses highly esteemed Engineering, Pharmacy, Polytechnic and Nursing
Colleges. Anuradha English Medium School is thus a grassroots effort towards the
noble destination. The site of the school is scenic and very close to nature being
away from the town with its urban bustle. Such an atmosphere will enable the kids to
nurture, inculcate and develop creative activities like drawing. painting, music,
dance, sports etc and above all a good human being.
Karmayogi Tatyasaheb Siddhavinayak Bondre,
A Rushitulya and Visionary Person
A vigilant leader, relentlessly dedicated to service, and a blazing symbol of
creativity — such is the life of KARMAYOGI RUSHITULYA Siddhivinayak Upakhya
Tatysaheb Bondre, a living embodiment of true karma yoga.
In 1972, Tatysaheb was directly elected as the President of Chikhli Municipal
Council by the people. A visionary and progressive farmer, he created history in the
agricultural field by producing a record-breaking 92 tonnes of sugarcane per acre.
In recognition of this achievement, then Chief Minister Hon. Vasantrao Naik
appointed him to the Indian Sugarcane Committee. He had also contributed to the
Bangladesh war as a dedicated Reporter.
Among the 52 spinning mills approved under the Eighth Five-Year Plan, the Mungsaji
Maharaj Co-operative Spinning Mill, established due to his foresight, stands out as
the only successful and thriving mill to date.
On a once-barren stretch of 200 acres, Tatysaheb developed Anuradha Nagar, and with
a commitment to spreading education, he founded multiple institutions. Today, his
son, former MLA Hon. Rahul Bondre, is efficiently managing these institutions. They
have introduced numerous new courses, creating many opportunities for rural students
to pursue professional education within their own region.
Under the Paramhans Ramkrishna Mauni Baba Educational Society, institutions like
Anuradha Engineering College, Anuradha Col
Institutions like the Anuradha Urban Bank and the Hirakani Mahila Urban Co-op Credit
Society, currently chaired by his daughter-in-law Advocate Vrushali Tai Bondre, are
empowering thousands of farmers and women through financial aid. Through these
efforts, students are receiving quality professional education in Chikhli and are
now working in top positions across Europe, the U.S., and India’s metropolitan
cities. Tatysaheb undertook 21 pilgrimages to the Himalayas, including a rigorous
parikrama of Kailash Mansarovar on foot. A profound scholar of the Valmiki Ramayana,
he authored the spiritual text “Tatvabodh Ramayana” and delivered scholarly
discourses on both the Valmiki Ramayana and the Dnyaneshwari. He adopted a
Vanaprastha lifestyle, residing in a hermitage and guiding others on the spiritual
path through a disciplined daily routine starting at Brahma Muhurta.
With a vow of living on fruits for two years, a deep love for reading, and an
ever-busy schedule, he stood apart as an extraordinary individual. He also
established Vidarbha’s first credit society — Samata Urban Society, and Takshashila
School, furthering educational reach.
In a remarkable initiative, he started a private sugar factory in Vidarbha, aimed at
uplifting the economic condition of farmers.
When officials at the Mantralaya suggested opening an engineering college in a
metropolitan city, he firmly responded: “The sons and daughters of farmers and the
poor from my own Chikhli Taluka in Buldhana district — from the area of Vidarbha —
must be the ones who get this education. Their development is my mission.”
His life, ideals, and accomplishments are a beacon of inspiration for today’s
generation.
A follower of spiritual traditions, Tatysaheb ensured the establishment of a samadhi
for his Guru, Paramhans Mungsaji Maharaj, by acquiring land in Mumbai through
persistent efforts.
Among the renowned institutions in Vidarbha and Marathwada, he was elected in
2013–14 as the President of Anandi Atmanand Saraswati Ranganath Maharaj Vishranti
Math, located at Nhava, Taluka and District Jalna. He soon founded the Ranganath
Maharaj College of Agriculture, enabling the preservation and productive use of the
550-acre land under the institution's care.
We offer our deepest and most respectful salutations to such a KARMAYOGI RUSHITULYA,
education-loving, noble and service-oriented soul-
Tatysaheb Bondre
